چکیده
Abstract Purpose Diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) is one of the most devastating and troublesome consequences diabetes. The current therapies are not always effective because complicated aetiology interactions local systemic components in DFU. However, adjunctive therapy (electromechanical therapy) has become latest modality recent years, although there a lack significant research to support its utilization as treatment standard. purpose this systematic was review literature on application electromechanical healing DFUs. Methods For review, we searched PubMed, Medline, EmBase, Cochrane library, Google Scholar for (1990–2022) We used PICO method (where P population, I intervention, C comparator/control, O outcome our study) establish question with terms [Electromechanical OR Laser photo Ultrasound Shockwave therapy] AND [diabetic ulcers diabetes] were search criteria. Searches restricted English language articles only. Whereas, handbook “Systematic Reviews Interventions” critical appraisal medical health sciences checklist risk bias assessment. There 39 publications study that deemed be acceptable. All suitably selected studies include 1779 patients. Results meta-analysis 15 included showed overall effect (P = 0.0002) thus supporting experimental groups have improvement DFUs comparison control group. Conclusion This revealed treatments significantly viable options patients Electromechanical can considerably reduce ineffectiveness, accelerate healing, minimize time it takes complete healing.

متن کاملSkin replacement therapies for diabetic foot ulcers: systematic review and meta-analysis.
Diabetic ulcers complications are a leading cause of hospitalization and amputation. Ten to 15% of the 20 million individuals with diabetes are at risk of developing diabetic ulcers. Standard therapy involves the use of dressings to protect the wound bed from trauma and to absorb exsudate, offloading of high pressure on the wound bed e.g. by prescribing protective footwear, and wound bed prepar...

Abstract Objective: Abnormal values of the transient ischemic dilation (TID) ratio are associated with severe and extensive coronary artery disease (CAD). TID can be used as a diagnostic and prognostic marker of CAD in diabetic patients. The aim of current study was to determine the pooled estimate of TID ratio in single myocardial perfusion scan in diabetic patients by a systematic review and...
